Oh, yeah. I convocated earlier this month. Six years, three schools, two provinces, six program changes and three post-secondary certifications in my name later, I am taking a break from post-secondary education.
Today is my last day as an assistant intern at Daniel Paquette Public Relations, the day job I have called home for the past 10 weeks. Fittingly (or not), this also marks the approximately length in hiatus that I have taken from posting.
I loved my time at DPPR with Daniel and Bella the Golden Retriever. The experience of a boutique agency gave me the best of both worlds: a small communications department and agency client diversity. But as with all good things, there comes an end. An intern no more, I'm ready to work.
In other words, I am available for hire.
This a new chapter of my life in several ways, including a revised version of greeninkstains.com coming to an Internet provider near you in the very near future. Expect more pop culture, more posts and more photos, mostly thanks to the fact that I have figured out how to post from my iPhone.
First up: the overdue Top 10 Showcases I Saw and Enjoyed at NXNE 2012. Afterwards, be sure to come back to view my online PR and writing portfolio.
Thanks for dropping by!
